Refining the idea -

After doing some research and thinking about what photographers inspire meive come to a definate conclusion to what idea im going to do. I will photograph myself in different locations in my home town showing only a portrait of the back of my head and some of the landscape in the background. I want to celebrate my moemories and connections to were I live throught the photos and will shoot in black and white 3fmm film and to create the grainy effect I hope for I will use a chromogenic film. Here are a few sompositional ideas I have come up with prior to my first shoot -

Initial ideas

For my final idea I want to think about what interests me most or what I feel strongly about to influence my images. Id like my final project to be very personal and my initial ideas all stem from my local surroundings and environment, and to be self portraits. over the last year I have discovered many different photographers here are a few who will inspire me in this project -
